Whether you want to eliminate physical fatigue, mental overload or recharge and rebalance your energies, this type of yoga will allow all these preoccupations to transform by doing a series of relaxation postures.

  • This is a Yoga practice done mainly on the ground, supported by bolsters and blankets. Binding with straps also stabilize and allow length for even more gentle opening and relaxation.
  • Students will do brief and guided breath and meditation exercises.
  • Essential oils whose scents facilitate relaxation are also part of this practice.


These classes are open to a limited number of participants to keep groups small.
