This program lasts only 3 days.

IN 5 easy steps, Yoga and breathing practices prepare the body to accept deep cleansing:

  1. With breath we activate our presence in the moment.
  2. With gentle and flowing movement we connect with the present moment.
  3. Restorative Yoga postures liberate and appease energy channels and tenseness.
  4. Deep relaxation assists our inner organs for their optimal functioning.
  5. Meditation teaches us the power of silence and insight into greater mental clarity.

This program includes:

  • 1 hour massage and 30 minutes of reflexology.

  • Friday 18:00 to 20:00 – Restorative yoga, meditation and herbal tea.

  • Saturday 9:00 to 12:00 – Yoga practice, conference of a subject related to good eating habits, 1 juice, 1 smoothie.

  • Sunday 9:00 to 12:00 – Yoga practice, meditation, 1 juice, 1 smoothie.

  • One week before your purification weekend – You will receive suggestions on how to prepare, shopping list for foods, recipes and tips.


Your investment is of $227 per person. A deposit of $50 will be requested. The program is limited to 15 participants.
